For our New Installations department, we are looking for a project leader to strengthen our team.
Your location
As a project leader for new installations, you are responsible for the coordination, implementation and follow-up of our new installations. You ensure that projects run efficiently, safely and on budget from the preparation phase to delivery. You will be a crucial link between clients, subcontractors and internal teams and will play a key role in the success of our projects.
Your tasks include Management and organization Coordination and monitoring of the implementation of new installation projects. Organize and monitor on-site security. Manage and support your team, including your own technicians (marshals) and subcontractors. Writing, managing and monitoring project planning. Ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with safety standards. Communication and stakeholder management Act as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams. Regular communication with internal and external partners on progress, planning and possible changes. Participate in site meetings and report on the status of projects. Financial and administrative follow-up Project budget tracking, work approval, and purchase order management. Preparation and follow-up of additional prices and complaints. Monitor and approve vendor performance and invoicing. Management of project administration (inspections, delivery files, permits,...). Delivery and quality control Organize inspections and deliveries in consultation with the customer. Ensure correct and timely delivery of the project. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and quality standards. Tracking and checking TKE installation instructions
Jouw profiel
Your profile Education and experience Bachelor's degree in electromechanics or equivalent by experience. At least 5 years of experience in project management or site supervision, preferably in the construction or elevator sector, with a strong affinity for technology and industrial environments. Language and technical skills Bilingual French and Dutch, English is an asset. Strong technical knowledge in electromechanics and project management. Experience with MS Office and scheduling tools. Personal qualities Safety comes first for you. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Solution-oriented, practical and strong in communication. Customer-oriented, team player and stress-resistant. In possession of a valid driver's license.
