As the HR Business Partner for Amcor’s Supply Chain function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the people agenda across a multi‑country supply chain network indirectly impacting 64+ plants in 20 countries with varying levels of maturity. You will be part of a dedicated HR team, reporting directly to the HR Director EMEA, and will partner closely with senior business leaders including Supply Chain Directors, VP Supply Chain, Central Operations HR team, Plant General Managers, and HR Managers. Influence decisions, provide insights, and champion HR initiatives. /li libSupply Chain Capability Talent Development /b – Lead the design and delivery of talent management programs, performance management, succession planning, and development initiatives to strengthen leadership and team capability across the network. /li libChange Engagement Leadership /b – Drive engagement and create positive energy across the organization. Support transformation initiatives, harmonize HR practices across plants, and foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture. /li libHR Operations Project Management /b – Oversee HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, and systems (SuccessFactors, PeopleLink/Workday). Manage key HR projects that improve efficiency, compliance, and workforce planning. /li /ul h3Qualifications / Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. /li liProven HR leadership in mature supply chain environments from FMCG corporations. /li liExperience in matrix, international organizations with strong HR business partnering, talent, and capability development. /li liHands‑on experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleLink) and a strong data‑driven mindset. /li liSkilled in change management with a passion for driving transformation and engagement. /li liFluent in English; additional languages a plus. /li liExceptional communication, interpersonal skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels, adaptable, approachable, and a strong team player. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
