Job Description We are looking for a Functional Analyst / Implementation Consultant to lead the delivery of our solutions at customer sites and act as the primary functional point of contact for our hospital partners. In this role, you will own customer projects end-to-end, representing BeWell from requirements analysis through implementation, go-live, and follow-up. You will work closely with hospital stakeholders to understand their workflows, translate their needs into clear functional requirements, and ensure the successful configuration and adoption of our platform. You will collaborate daily with our product, development, QA, and support teams, ensuring that customer requirements are clearly understood, correctly implemented, and delivered with high quality. As this is a highly customer-facing role, strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with healthcare professionals are essential. Responsibilities Own customer projects from start to finish and represent BeWell at hospitals Understand customer needs and hospital workflows and translate them into clear functional solutions Lead customer workshops and gather requirements from different sources Work closely with development and QA during implementation and testing Review delivered functionality and ensure it meets the agreed requirements Configure the platform and train customers during onboarding and go-live Build strong product knowledge and support demos and pre-sales Skills and Qualifications Strong interest in healthcare and digital solutions Professional proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written) Experience in a functional analyst, implementation consultant, or similar role is a plus Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience Eager to work in a cross-functional team Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex workflows into clear solutions Excellent communication skills Structured, proactive, and hand-ons approach Curious mindset and eager to learn We Offer A competitive salary in a warm, inclusive remote work environment Rich opportunities for personal and professional growth A meaningful role with the potential to improve the healthcare experience for both patients and healthcare providers
