Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Field Sales Manager
to drive commercial growth in
Antwerp
, one of the most strategically important regions in Flanders.
This role combines
new partner acquisition, strategic negotiation, and long-term relationship management
. You will operate with a high level of regional ownership while collaborating closely with central and regional sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, approach, and onboard high-potential restaurant partners within the Antwerp region
* Conduct structured, value-based negotiations to establish long-term commercial partnerships
* Develop and execute a regional growth strategy aligned with commercial objectives
* Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with new and existing partners
* Act as the primary regional point of contact for partners
* Monitor trends in the food delivery, hospitality, and e-commerce sectors and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives
* Work independently within the region while maintaining close alignment with team leadership and peers
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in
field sales or B2B sales
, preferably within hospitality, e-commerce, or marketplace environments
* Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and take ownership
* Results-oriented and solution-focused working style
* Strong communication skills in
Dutch and English
* French language skills are considered an advantage
* Experience using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
* Solid understanding of the Antwerp market and regional business landscape
