REQUIREMENTS "Qualifications":
* Strong Bilingual "English" Skillsets (C1 and/or C2)
* Bachelor's Degree, or Equivalent
* Certified Scrum Master | PMP and/or PMI
* Highly Experienced Odoo Product-Owner
* Highly Experienced with Odoo Strategy Consultation
* Highly Experienced with Odoo Project Estimation
* Highly Experienced with Odoo Architecture (Python | Java-Script) & Modular Application Development
* Highly Experienced with Odoo Quality Control Workmanship Analyzation
* Strong Team Management Experience & Skillset
* Strong Network of Operational Resources

REQUIRED "Daily Roles & Responsibilities":
* Strategy Consultant: Support in Solution Design; identify and recommend the most suitable approach (e.g., Odoo community apps, third-party integrations, or custom development).
* Project Estimator: Define Objectives and Requirements; establish the project goals, high-level specifications, and acceptance criteria. Also, provide estimates for the required work and resources.
* Quality Control Analyst: Validation; ensuring the solution delivered meets the agreed specifications and acceptance criteria.
* Consult | Mentor | Grow | Manage an Experienced Technology Operations Team

REQUIRED "Availability":
* Hours of Availability: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm EST (New York).
* 60-Day Probation Period: Part-Time (Hours Dependent on Probation Projects)
* After Probation Period: Full-Time

Compensation & Benefits:
* Hourly Rate: $50 per Hour (USD)
* Deadline Bonus: Additional $25 on top of $50 per Hour (USD)
