Design and manage performance review processesSupport managers in goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plansEmployee Relations
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managersManage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolutionCompensation, Benefits & HR Operations
Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and salary reviewsEnsure accurate HR administration, records, and reportingCompliance & Policies
