Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities
🔹 Mission Context
As part of the setup of a local low-code development practice, the Digital Workplace Technologies (IT) team is looking to onboard a Low Code Evangelist.
* This is a new role, created to strengthen the bridge between IT (Power Platform / Copilot / AI) and the business.
* The main objective is to raise awareness, inspire and support business stakeholders in identifying low-code and AI opportunities, and to feed a sustainable development pipeline for the technical team.
Key technologies:
* Microsoft Power Platform
* Power Automate
* Copilot / AI agents (GenAI, agentic solutions)
🔹 Main Responsibilities
* Evangelise low-code and AI solutions across business teams
* Build and maintain close relationships with business stakeholders
* Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, demonstrations and hands-on sessions
* Identify, qualify, and shape business opportunities
* Feed the development pipeline for the IT team
Work closely with:
* Change management & adoption team
* Business analyst (who formalises the solution)
* Developers and architects (who implement the solution)
* Contribute to communication and adoption strategies
* * ⚠️ This is not a development role. Technical implementation is handled by the IT team.
🔹 Typical Day / Week
There is no fixed typical day – the role is highly varied.
A typical week may include:
* Meetings with business stakeholders (local & international)
* Ideation and refinement workshops
* Demos of Power Platform & Copilot capabilities
* Awareness and inspiration sessions (AI / low-code)
* Coordination with business analysts and technical teams
* Contribution to communication and adoption actions
🔹 Must Have
* Technical Background
* Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem
Solid understanding of:
* Power Platform
* Power Automate
* Copilot / AI agents
Ability to clearly articulate the business value of low-code and AI solutions
👉 No need to be a technical expert or developer
Soft Skills
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills
* Strong ability to convince, inspire, and engage
* Very good facilitation and workshop leadership skills
* Comfortable interacting with a wide range of stakeholders (from operational teams to senior management)

3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferred range)
