🛠️ Your role as a Financial Analyst Consultant
You will intervene on on-site client missions in various sectors (industry, services, energy, retail, etc.) and contribute to strengthening financial performance and governance.
Depending on your experience and client needs, you may be involved in:
1️⃣ Financial & Operational Controlling
* Budget monitoring and variance analysis
* Forecasting and financial planning
* Monthly and yearly closings
* P&L and margin analysis
* Development and follow-up of financial KPIs
* Cash-flow monitoring and working capital analysis
* Background in financial audits is a plus
2️⃣ Accounting & Finance Process Improvement
* Support in Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes
* Contribution to accounting optimization and transactional process improvements
* AP/AR follow-up and reconciliation
* VAT and invoicing controls
* Balance sheet analysis and reconciliation
* Participation in ERP implementation or finance transformation projects (a plus)
3️⃣ Corporate Finance & Treasury (depending on mission)
* Treasury reporting and cash management
* Financial risk exposure analysis
* Interaction with banking partners and financial stakeholders
* Participation in financing or refinancing projects
* Exposure to M&A or investment analysis is an asset
* Basic hedging mechanisms (nice to have)
👤 About You and Your Skillset
To ensure a strong fit with our consulting environment, we are looking for candidates who:
* Hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, Financial Engineering or similar
* Have 1 to 5 years of experience in:
* Audit (Big 4 or similar),
* Financial controlling,
* Corporate finance,
* Banking, investment or financial advisory
* Are fluent in French and English (Dutch is a strong asset in the Belgian market)
* Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with Excel (Power BI or ERP knowledge is a plus)
* Are able to quickly adapt to new environments and stakeholders
* Demonstrate autonomy, structure, and a proactive mindset
* Want to evolve in a consulting environment with exposure to multiple industries
