About Our Client
Our client has an international reputation for automating and digitizing business process documents to streamline operations and boost efficiency. They are growing in Belgium and are looking to strengthen their team with a functional analyst (dev background).
Job Description
* Collaborate with customers on-site and remotely to define functional and technical requirements
* Design customized solutions based on workflows, reports, and user interfaces
* Oversee development, testing, and installation of software solutions
* Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide technical support
* Create and deliver clear documentation for customers
* Work closely with sales, R&D, and support teams
* Occasionally train end users on-site
The Successful Applicant
* Master or bachelor's degree in computer sciences
* Knowledge of relational databases (SAP, Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server) and XML, JavaScript, ASP, C#.
* Customer service oriented.
* Fluent in English and in Dutch.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
* Domestic and/or international travel required.
