Key Responsibilities
As a Partner Manager, your role will be to manage a portfolio of partners and help them increase their revenue. You will be responsible for enabling Odoo Partners by providing them with your expertise and training them on effective methods for selling and implementing Odoo software.
Account Management
* Establish long-term win-win relationships with your partner portfolio based in Europe and Africa.
* Negotiate licenses and pricing with partners and customers and promote the right value proposition.
You will also be responsible for qualifying end clients, convincing them with tailored demos, and connecting them with the right partner for their Odoo project.
Business Development
* Build your partner's portfolio from scratch; you are accountable for your own success.
* Empower and challenge your partners.
In this role, you will have real responsibilities from day one and be given the autonomy to make an impact with your own initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Business Master Degree and 1-4 years of technology sales experience. You should also have English as a primary language and any other European languages (Nordic languages, Greek, or Portuguese are assets).
Additionally, you will need to have an entrepreneurial mindset and be passionate about sales, enjoying convincing, negotiating, and achieving targets. You should also be able to work independently and thrive in an autonomous environment.
