AI Business & Data Analyst

Mission context
The mission of Predictive Models team within Marketing and Communication department of a European lead bank is to provide responsible AI models to enable impactful and efficient campaigns by optimizing the reach and relevance for the customers and employees.
Function Description
The data science team within Marcom is looking for a tech-savvy AI business & data translator (50% on-site presence in Brussels) to boost the development and adoption of the AI use cases for our department. You'll work with a team of motivated data scientists tackling various business challenges by creating responsible AI models supporting the needs of the Marketing and Communication squads to make their campaigns more relevant and impactful.
Main Responsibilities
* requirements gathering, clarifying objectives for AI use cases and identifying/exploring new data sources.
* ensuring compliance with AI governance policy.
* increasing awareness and supporting the usage of predictive models within Marcom.
* Collaborate with Marcom Squads to boost awareness, encourage adoption, support the usage of predictive models by translating the output of the models into clear and actionable business insights for the users
* Track the usage of the data products managed by the team. Monitor the usage, performance and value generation of predictive models.
* Gather and frame the business needs from stakeholders for AI use cases, clarifying objectives, identify relevant data dependencies and stakeholders, defining clear requirements and acceptance criteria
* Analyze and explore new data sources and facilitate access to these sources for data scientists
* Conduct feasibility studies, through data analysis and business value estimations for AI use cases
* Ensure compliance with AI governance policy by supporting the team in the AI use case lifecycle process: documentation of the use cases and its usage, business value estimations, preparation of the deliverables and collaboration with different stakeholders for model validation. Enabling model explainability and fairness together with data scientists.
Required Experience / Knowledge
You have at least 5 years of relevant experiences in AI engineering, Data Science, Software Development Business
* Proven track record of translating (ambiguous) business needs into clear technical specs for AI use cases/data analysis.
* Proven experience in AI use case development, feasibility analysis, value estimation and stakeholder management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences and aligning the stakeholders
Technical Experience
* Python for data analysis
* SQL
* Understanding of statistical methods, experiment design, A/B testing
* Understanding of data pipelines and ML ops
Business experience
(preferable)
* Knowledge of data regulations (GDPR)
* Campaigning, direct marketing
* Agile methodologies
* Data analysis: SAS
Language Requirements
English: Fluent, spoken and written
Dutch / French: Fluent spoken and written and good understanding of the second language
Education
* Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a Business/economics with a focus on Data.
* Advanced degree or specialization in AI/ML is a plus.
