🎯 About the Role
We’re looking for a people-orientated Sales Manager to lead and empower our high-performing sales team. In this role, you’ll manage:
* 5+ Account Executives
* 1 BDR Team Lead
* 1 Customer Success Team Lead
This is more than just a metrics-driven role—it's about unlocking potential, building a culture of collaboration and ownership, and being a key player in our leadership bench.
🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of AEs, and support team leads in BDR and CSM functions.
* Drive consistent revenue growth through hands-on coaching, pipeline management, and strategic sales planning.
* Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market strategies
* Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent.
* Build and implement repeatable processes and systems that scale.
* Report on performance and provide forecasting to leadership.
* Champion a culture of feedback, growth, and continuous improvement.
