Requirements:
* 10 years of experience as a Functional or Business Analyst
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Science, or equivalent through experience.
* Advanced technical expertise, including familiarity with cloud technologies, Cosmos DB, SQL, JSON, and API definition.
* Knowledge of Agile frameworks, such as SAFe or Scrum, and experience applying these methodologies.
* Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, NUnit).
* Proficiency in creating and interpreting sequence diagrams, BPMN, or UML.
* Knowledge of RESTful APIs, and experience with API integration within .NET environments.
* Knowledge of frontend concepts and UI/UX design (basic).
* Experience with documentation tools like Jira and Confluence.
* Experience in the public transport industry (e.g., SNCB, Infrabel) is a plus.
* Experience supporting testing, overseeing UAT, and managing change requests.
* Experience in stakeholder management and scope management, including using tools like Acceptance Criteria, MoSCoW, and Stakeholder Matrix.
* Experience with refinement to ensure alignment between developers, business, testing, and solution designers.

Job description:
* Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Facilitate workshops, gather and prioritize requirements, and translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
* Documentation and Specification: Create clear documentation for requirements and system interactions. Define acceptance criteria and document API specifications using Swagger. Create and review sequence diagrams.
* Collaboration and Development Support: Work closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders in a multicultural, multi-language team. Write and understand SQL queries to analyze and validate data.
* Testing and Validation: Collaborate with the Test Coordinator and Release Train Engineer (RTE) to evaluate solutions, define test cases, and participate in testing sessions.
* Continuous Improvement: Ensure quality and scope coverage throughout the software development lifecycle and contribute to a lean delivery process.
