PThe client is looking for Marketing Manager to join his team in Brussels. /pbr /pOur client is a key player in the retail sector, specializing in beauty and lifestyle products. With a strong presence across Belgium, the company operates distinct brands, offering a wide range of products from mass-market essentials to premium beauty items. /ppThis is a family-owned business with an entrepreneurial culture, where initiative and solution-oriented ideas are highly valued. The structure fosters team collaboration and encourages employees to be proactive and innovative. /pbr /pThe Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing the local marketing strategy for the brands in the portfolio distributed in selective perfumery (April FraBelux). They adapt international guidelines to the specificities of the market, manage product launches, develop trade and digital activations, and maximize brand visibility across the network. The role requires close collaboration with the headquarters, sales teams, purchasing and Supply Chain teams, as well as external partners (agencies, etc.). /ppstrongMain Responsibilities: /strong /pbr /strong Adapting the Marketing Stra /strongstrongtegy to Local Specificities /strongbr /ulliTranslate global marketing strategies provided by partner brands into activation plans tailored to the local market. /liliMonitor market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities and areas of optimization. /liliEnsure brand positioning consistency within the selective distribution channel. /li /ulbr /strong Brand Portfolio Management /strongbr /ulliLead the marketing calendar of launches and key moments for the entire brand portfolio. /liliTrack sell-in/sell-out performance and the ROI of implemented plans, recommending corrective actions when needed. /liliCoordinate visibility needs, training, assortments, and merchandising for each brand. /li /ulbr /strong Trade Marketing Retail Activation /strongbr /ulliDevelop 360° activation plans: POS materials, BM operations, animations, sampling, gifting sets, CRM initiatives, and e-commerce support. /liliEnsure flawless execution in stores by working closely with sales, the training coach, and the Visual Merchandiser. /liliNegotiate and optimize media space across various supports (catalogs, window displays, homepage, newsletters). /li /ulbr /strong Digital Influencer Development /strongbr /ulliDeploy local digital activations: social media, co-branded campaigns, partnerships, e-retail. /liliManage relationships with digital and influencer agencies to maximize brand visibility. /liliAdapt or produce digital content while respecting international guidelines. /li /ulbr /strong Coordination with Headquarters and Partners /strongbr /ulliServe as the key point of contact between international brands and the local market. /liliManage information flows: guidelines, marketing tools, new concepts, forecasts, and reports. /liliPresent results and opportunities to brand partners with a focus on mutual growth. /li /ulbr /strong Budget Management Analysis /strongbr /ulliBuild and monitor marketing budgets per brand and per action for the retailer. /liliMeasure the effectiveness of activations (ROI, retail and digital KPIs) and propose optimizations. /liliPrepare marketing forecasts (launches, animations, promotional stock). /li /ulbr /ulliMaster#39;s degree (Marketing, Business, Luxury). /lili4-7 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing, ideally in beauty or selective distribution. /liliStrong knowledge of selective perfumery and retailer operations. /liliMastery of trade marketing, retail dynamics, and e-retail. /liliStrong comfort with data analysis (sell-out, panels, digital KPIs). /liliAbility to manage multiple brands with diverse identities. /liliStrong sense of detail and luxury standards. /liliExcellent project management and cross-team coordination skills. /liliResults-driven mindset and strong commercial acumen. /liliCreativity, autonomy, and adaptability. /liliExcellent communication skills. /liliFluent English (daily interaction with suppliers) and French. /li /ulbr /ulliA challenging and evolving role in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment /liliThe opportunity to make a significant impact on the company#39;s digital transformation journey /liliA competitive salary package with room for personal and professional growth /liliA collaborative culture where ideas and innovation are highly /li /ulbr / Social media, Beauty, Brand Awareness, Perfumery, Execution, Web Content, Window Displays, Business, Result Oriented, Creative work, Cosmetics, Corrective Actions, Supply chain, Gifts, Development, Sales, Trading, Coordination, Assortment, Networks, ROI, Marketing budget, Operations, Media, Marketing Tool, Merchandising, Microsoft Dynamics, Retail Sales, Newsletter, Animation, Data analysis, KPI, Product Management, Information Theory, Local Marketing, Stocks, Communication, Sampling, Campaign, Homepage, Leading Marketing, Implementation, Forecasting, Headquarters, Catalog, Coordination, Training, Budget Management, Optimization, VOS, Analysis management, Adaptability, Brand Management, Purchasing, Point of contact, E-commerce, Negotiation, POS Materials, Relations Managing, Management, Project Management, Marketing, Digital Activation, Product Launches, Distribution, Trade Marketing
