For a leading financial services organization I am searching for a freelance IT project manager to embark on a transformative journey. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation projects across multiple business units. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and align digital strategies with organizational objectives. Manage project lifecycles, from scoping and planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making. Profile Proven experience managing digital transformation projects within the financial services sector. Strong understanding of financial processes, regulations, and technologies. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or similar). A track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Outstanding problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders.
