This role is integral to ensuring project objectives are met in terms of quality, costs, and planning. You will work collaboratively with the project team during the industrialization phase to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with customer specifications. This position requires a strong background in aeronautics assemblies and proficiency in Lean manufacturing and flow analysis. Key responsibilities Develop and implement assembly processes for new projects, ensuring quality and cost objectives are met Design and implement assembly areas, considering safety and ergonomic aspects Analyze manufacturing flow using Lean tools to support peak production rates Follow up on the manufacturing of first parts and implement corrective actions as needed Compile the Technical Map before project closure to ensure a smooth transition to production Business Industry Aeronautics Profile About you Proven experience in aeronautics assemblies and manufacturing processes Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in Lean manufacturing and flow analysis techniques Familiarity with Enovia, CATIA V5, and 3D Composer is advantageous Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with technical English proficiency Job location Europe, Belgium, Brussels Region Location Noordkustlaan 16B 1702 Dilbeek Candidate criteria Level of experience 3 to 5 years
