Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth service execution by coordinating between customers, field service engineers and internal teams.
* Manage service contracts: creation, follow-up and renewals
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in service administration or customer service. SAP experience is mandatory (ServiceMax is a strong plus).
