Your Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of
mechanical construction projects
(industrial boilers, pressure systems, piping) from
tender phase to commissioning
.
* Coordinate all
technical, contractual, financial, and planning
aspects of the projects.
* Supervise
on-site operations
, including subcontractors, logistics, welding, and safety compliance.
* Lead
procurement, budgeting, reporting
, and cross-functional communication with clients and suppliers.
* Ensure full adherence to
EN and ASME standards
, as well as
HSE
and quality control requirements.
* Monitor project progress, anticipate risks, and ensure
on-time and within-budget delivery
.
* Actively contribute to
continuous improvement
and operational excellence within the
Boiler Solutions unit
.
Your Profile
* Master's degree in
Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering
(or related technical field).
* Proven experience managing
mechanical or industrial boiler projects
in heavy industry or energy.
* Strong understanding of
pressure equipment, welding processes (TIG, electrode)
, and
mechanical assembly
.
* Skilled in
project management
,
contractual follow-up
,
site supervision
, and
quality assurance
.
* Fluent in
French
; knowledge of
English and/or Dutch
is a strong asset.
