Responsibilities
* Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of complex electromechanical and mechatronic systems, with emphasis on aerospace and robotic applications.
* Suggest and implement methods to improve operational efficiency across machine-building processes.
* Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and R&D teams to bring innovative designs from concept to reality.
* Support product testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure reliability and performance.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent technical background).
* Ability to read, interpret, and apply mechanical/electrical designs, schematics, and system documentation.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to tackle challenges in robotics and aerospace machine design.
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced engineering environment.
