We'd love to tell you about it though, so ask us! /p Your Team in a Nutshell pYou'll be joining the RewardFlex team to be the main internal reference for HR Legal topics related to RewardFlex products and their commercialization. We work cross-functionally and support Monizze's ambition to grow sustainably, with a strong culture of collaboration and ownership. /ppThe Legal Lead is responsible for providing the legal framework, risk analysis and regulatory guidance needed for product and business teams to make informed decisions. /pbr /What You'll DopLegal framework product guidance /pulliDefine and maintain the legal and regulatory framework applicable to RewardFlex solutions. /liliAssess legal feasibility of product evolutions and provide clear recommendations. /liliIdentify regulatory risks, grey zones and opportunities. /liliFormalize Monizze's legal positions, in collaboration with external experts when needed. /liliProvide structured legal input and constraints to Product teams to support compliant product design. /liliFlag areas requiring additional validation (external counsel, rulings, etc.). /li /ulpBusiness enablement knowledge sharing /pulliTranslate regulatory complexity into clear, usable business and operational guidance. /liliMaintain HR Legal reference positions for internal teams. /liliCreate and maintain training content, legal guidelines and knowledge base. /liliSupport continuous improvement of commercial and operational materials. /li /ulpExpert support for Sales, clients partners /pulliAct as senior HR Legal reference for complex client cases. /liliSupport Sales, GTM and Product Specialists on strategic deals (especially mid-market). /liliJoin client discussions when deeper regulatory analysis is required. /liliSupport HR Legal validation during partner onboarding. /liliContribute to partner model structuring from an HR Legal perspective. /li /ulpLegal documentation frameworks /pulliOversee legal templates (policies, employee regulations, annexes). /liliEnsure continuous updates based on legislation, product changes and market feedback. /liliValidate HR Legal terminology used in RewardFlex. /liliContribute to external documentation for clients and partners. /li /ulpMarket expert positioning /pulliRepresent Monizze as an HR Legal expert within the HR ecosystem. /liliParticipate in events and working groups. /liliContribute to Monizze's credibility and visibility on Compensation Benefits legal topics. /li /ul What You'll Bring ulli6-10 years of professional experience in Compensation Benefits, Social law / tax, HR or legal consulting /liliStrong knowledge of belgian social law, tax rules linked to compensation, and payroll logic /liliFluent in French and Dutch /liliStrong professional English /liliAbility to structure and simplify regulatory complexity /liliStrong cross-functional influence skills /liliBusiness oriented and pragmatic mindset /liliStrong analytical and structured thinking /liliComfortable working with digital tools and SaaS environments /liliAbility to manage multiple cases and stakeholders simultaneously /li /ul Profile Offer
