As a Perfect Execution Intern AFH, you will receive a competitive monthly salary of €1,055.95, as well as meal vouchers, PepsiCo vouchers, and travel reimbursement for internships in Belgium.
Job Description
The primary responsibilities of this internship include collaborating with the Shopper Marketing and Perfect Execution Teams to launch engaging campaigns for the Away From Home channel. You will also have the opportunity to design and roll out a loyalty program that drives customer engagement and sales impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an ability to meet deadlines. Additionally, you must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business or marketing and speak and write English fluently.
Key Responsibilities
* Bring campaigns to life by collaborating with our Shopper Marketing and Perfect Execution Teams.
* Design and roll out a loyalty program that drives customer engagement and sales impact.
* Analyze real-world data gathered by our field reps and translate it into actionable shopper marketing campaigns.
* Understand the key differences between Organized Trade (Retail) and Away From Home (Horeca, Petrol, etc.) and tailor strategies accordingly.
