We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Coordinator to manage and coordinate responses to tenders, ensuring submitted proposals meet client requirements and are competitive in the market.
The successful candidate will collaborate with commercial, technical, legal, and financial teams to deliver high-quality bids that optimize our chances of winning business opportunities.
Tender Detection and Analysis
* Tender Research: Conduct thorough research to identify relevant published tenders related to our capabilities.
* Document Review: Review tender documents to extract key requirements and assess project feasibility.
* Tender Prioritization: Collaborate with the Sales team to determine which tenders to pursue based on their potential and alignment with our strategy.
Bid Preparation
* Project Planning: Develop and implement effective project plans to ensure timely completion of bids.
* Team Coordination: Coordinate contributions from internal and external stakeholders, including preparing pricing, administrative documentation, and reports.
* Bid Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality outputs at every stage of the bid process.
Proposal Writing and Structuring
* Proposal Development: Craft compelling and clear commercial and technical proposals that align with the client's expectations.
* Proposal Delivery: Deliver qualitative, impactful, and winning proposals consistent with our commercial strategy.
Key Sales Team Support
* Sales Team Collaboration: Act as a trusted partner to the Sales team, supporting Key Account Managers in the pre-tender phase, during negotiations, and throughout the selling process.
* Customer Engagement: Manage Q&A processes with customers and prepare final submission documents to maximize success.
End-to-End Bid Process Management
* Bid Process Leadership: Lead the bid process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality outputs at every stage.
Follow-up and Performance Analysis
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
* Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor practices to refine bidding strategies.
Your Profile
* Education: A Master's degree (Business School, Engineering, or University) or equivalent experience.
* Experience: Ideally, 3 years of relevant experience in bid management or related activities.
* Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills. Attention to details and assertiveness.
* Languages: Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
