You will be part of the development team responsible for delivering the MyToyota/LL+ app to Toyota/Lexus customers across Europe.
Your responsibilities
* Design, development, and deployment of backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
* Architect and implement microservices, ensuring high availability, scalability, and maintainability.
* Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and provide technical solutions.
* Implement advanced event‑driven systems and messaging architectures.
* Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
Who are we looking for?
Your profile
* Fluent in English (TME’s business language).
* Minimum 1 year of experience in backend development up to 3 years.
* Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
* Understanding of microservices, REST APIs, gRPC, and event‑driven architectures.
* Experience with one of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment strategies.
* Basic knowledge in version control systems such as GitLab or GitHub.
* Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
* Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.
* Familiarity with data storage and caching strategies (SQL, NoSQL, Redis, etc.).
