Your new role As IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating several technical projects both hardware & software related, from early discussions with customers to final delivery. Your work combines planning, customer interaction and hands-on follow-up. Key responsibilities include: Project InitiationParticipating in pre-sales activities together with the Account Managers (assessing feasibility, gathering technical requirements, supporting proposal preparation).Providing input on timelines, scope and resources before project kick-off.Ensuring a smooth transition from quotation phase to project execution.Project Planning & CoordinationCreating project plans, defining scope, milestones and resource allocation.Leading project kick-off meetings and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.Managing several short-cycle projects at the same time, switching focus quickly and efficiently.Coordinating activities with internal teams such as development, production and customer service.Keeping project documentation accurate and up to date.Execution, Follow-up & ReportingMonitoring project progress and adjusting schedules when necessary.Identifying risks early and escalating when milestones or deadlines are at risk.Preparing clear and regular project updates, including progress and revenue tracking.Ensuring that commercial agreements are respected, including handling scope changes with the Account Manager.Customer Interaction & RepresentationActing as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.Representing the company professionally during meetings with customers, including senior Project Managers from major international organisations.Communicating in a confident, structured and solution-oriented manner.Handling issues calmly and independently, maintaining a clear overview under pressure.General ExpectationsSwitching easily between different tasks and priorities.Maintaining a professional attitude and strong presentation skills at all times.Collaborating closely with colleagues in a young and dynamic team environment.Your profileYou bring a combination of technical insight, maturity and strong organisational skills.5 to 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a technical environmentBachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experienceExcellent command of Dutch and English, strong ability to communicate in French, fluency in German is a plus but not requiredAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects and switch between priorities smoothlyStrong presentation and communication skills, comfortable representing the company externallyAble to remain calm under pressure and maintain a structured approachConfident, not timid, and capable of interacting with senior Project Managers on the client sideQuick learner with the ability to understand complex technical productsTeam-oriented, proactive communicator with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS ProjectWillingness to travel when required (occasionally)What you'll get in return Our client offers a varied role with plenty of diversity and responsibility within a pleasant and modern working environment.
