* You set up and manage
creative recruitment campaigns
through social media, job boards, and specialized websites.
* You evaluate recruitment channels to establish

* You collaborate with internal and external communication teams to promote

* You build and maintain an
up-to-date candidate pool
with targeted actions.
* You actively participate in
recruitment projects

What are we looking for?
* You have
15+ years of relevant experience
in recruitment.
* You possess expertise in recruitment techniques including direct sourcing and personnel recruitment.
* You have experience in the
railway sector
.
* You have strong problem-solving abilities.
* You are versatile, autonomous, and dynamic.
* You are proficient in
Dutch
, with an excellent command (C2 level).
* You have a good knowledge of
French
and
English
.
* You hold a
Bachelor's degree
in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Human Resources, or equivalent.
