We’re looking for a strategic and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner based in Brazil to help us grow our LATAM teams and support hiring across all business units. You'll play a critical role in identifying top talent, partnering with hiring managers, and leading the full-cycle recruiting process. This is a high-impact role with room for ownership, creativity, and collaboration across our global hubs, with a primary focus on recruiting in Brazil and all of LATAM .
Please note this is a hybrid role working 3 days/week from our São Paulo office.
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles across LATAM.
Conduct initial screenings, in-depth interviews, and manage candidate pipelines through to hire.
Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and team dynamics.
Act as a trusted talent advisor, sharing market insights and data-driven recommendations.
Write compelling job descriptions tailored to local markets and business needs.
Source top talent through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, local platforms, and creative outreach methods.
Build a strong and diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our values and culture.
Continuously optimize processes and suggest improvements based on metrics and feedback.
2-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in tech or a fast-paced startup environment.
Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles.
