Working Hours
Working hours may vary from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. depending on coordination with other jobholders, with on‑call duty scheduled approximately every fourth weekend.
Vos Responsabilités Principales
* Assurer une veille active sur l'état de la circulation et anticiper, coordonner et boucler la teneur des plans de transport et les mesures opérationnelles à déployer en cas de perturbations (inopinées ou anticipées).
* Piloter la crise lors de l'escalade à un niveau supérieur, définir la stratégie d'information voyageurs et de prise en charge en cas de perturbation, et décider des mesures conservatoires en cas d'accident.
* Développer et assurer la mise en œuvre du plan opérationnel tactique et stratégique avec l'équipe de l'OCC (Operational Control Center), s'assurant de son bon déroulement et l'adaptant si nécessaire pour garantir le plan de transport et la promesse client.
* Analyser et identifier les faiblesses dans la gestion opérationnelle et les processus et faire des propositions d'amélioration dans une optique d'amélioration continue.
* Participer aux téléconférences de crise organisés par les GI.
* Décider de l'ouverture de la salle de crise et mobiliser les parties prenantes nécessaires à la résolution de l'incident.
* Anticiper les situations perturbées induites par un manque prévu de ressources disponibles et animer le collectif de crise dans l'élaboration de la stratégie globale de gestion de crise.
* S'assurer de la mise en œuvre des actions décidées et du retour à la situation normale.
* Mener des actions de lobbying pour prioriser et protéger l'expérience client international.
* Suivre la mise en œuvre des recommandations du REX pour s'assurer de la conformité et monitorer la réalisation des plans d'action.
* Activer et coordonner les plans de préparation des périodes particulières (campagne été / hiver, pointes et évènementiels) dans le but d'assurer la continuité des activités.
* Rédiger des documents opérationnels de sauvegarde d'activité, concevoir et animer l'entrainement des collectifs de l'OCC et de crise.
* Être l'interlocuteur des GI pour la conception et la révision de leurs plans de continuité.
* Animer les Retours d'Expérience transverses de gestion de situations perturbées.
* Analyser les causes profondes des dysfonctionnements pour en tirer des enseignements.
* Fédérer les équipes des directions Operations, Commercial et Rolling Stock autour de plan d'actions pertinents.
Your Main Responsibilities
* Keeping an active watch on traffic conditions and anticipating, coordinating and finalising the content of transport plans and the operational measures to be deployed in the event of disruption (unexpected or anticipated).
* Manage the crisis when it escalates to a higher level, define the passenger information and care strategy in the event of disruption, and decide on precautionary measures in the event of an accident.
* Develop and ensure the implementation of the tactical and strategic operational plan with the OCC (Operational Control Centre) team, ensuring that it runs smoothly and adapting it if necessary to guarantee the transport plan and the customer promise.
* Analysing and identifying weaknesses in operational management and processes and making proposals for improvement with a view to continuous improvement.
* Participate in crisis teleconferences organised by the IMs.
* Decide on the opening of the crisis room and mobilise the stakeholders needed to resolve the incident.
* Anticipate disruptive situations caused by an anticipated lack of available resources and lead the crisis team in developing the overall crisis management strategy.
* Ensure that the actions decided upon are implemented and that the situation returns to normal.
* Lobby to prioritise and protect the international customer experience.
* Follow up the implementation of feedback recommendations to ensure compliance and monitor the implementation of action plans.
* Activating and coordinating preparation plans for special periods (summer/winter campaign, peaks and events) with the aim of ensuring business continuity.
* Drafting operational documents to safeguard activities, and designing and leading training for OCC and crisis teams.
* Acting as the point of contact for IMs for the design and revision of their continuity plans.
* Leading cross-functional feedback on the management of disrupted situations.
* Analyysing the root causes of malfunctions to learn from them.
* Unite the Operations, Sales and Rolling Stock teams around relevant action plans.
Requirements
Votre profil
* Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master et possédez 5 ans d'expérience dans le management d'un service de supervision ferroviaire, 5 ans dans la gestion de crise (ou rôle équivalent assuré en astreinte), ainsi que 5 ans dans l'exploitation ferroviaire ou le matériel roulant.
* Vous maîtrisez l'anglais et le français. Des bases en néerlandais et en allemand sont appréciées.
* Vous êtes compétent dans l'utilisation de la suite Office et avez une expertise avérée dans les logiciels de supervision ferroviaire.
* Vous démontrez une forte capacité d'analyse et de synthèse en situation de temps limité, ainsi qu'une excellente résistance au stress lors des situations perturbées.
* Vous êtes orienté résultat et possédez des compétences de leadership avancées.
* Vous êtes capables de transmettre des modes opératoires précis dans un environnement multilingue.
* Doté d'une vision stratégique, vous êtes capable de représenter le groupe et la CEO en externe, même en cas de situation médiatique défavorable.
* Votre autonomie et votre aptitude à prendre des décisions intègrent une analyse fine de l'impact commercial.
Your profile
* You have a Master's degree and 5 years' experience in managing a railway supervision department, 5 years' experience in crisis management (or equivalent on-call role), and 5 years' experience in railway operations or rolling stock.
* You are fluent in English and French. Basic knowledge of Dutch and German would be appreciated.
* You are proficient in the use of the Office suite and have proven expertise in railway supervision software.
* You have a strong ability to analyse and summarise in situations where time is limited, as well as excellent resistance to stress in disrupted situations.
* You are results-oriented and have advanced leadership skills.
* You are able to communicate precise operating procedures in a multilingual environment.
* You have a strategic vision and are able to represent the Group and the CEO externally, even in unfavourable media situations.
* Your autonomy and decision-making skills include a detailed analysis of the commercial impact.
