Job Description
This role involves balancing between searching for the best IT talent and being a business partner for various hiring managers across Europe. You will utilize different channels, such as LinkedIn, to source and connect with IT professionals globally. Not only will you guide the recruitment process, but you will also advise the business on how to improve our processes and prioritize candidate journeys. Building relationships with the tech community and hiring managers is vital to guaranteeing quality hires. By hiring the best IT talent, we can make a significant difference for our clients in the Financial Industry across Europe.
Responsibilities

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A finished Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree
* At least 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment, preferably at an agency
* A hunter mentality and experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter
* You are fluent in English; speaking Dutch is a plus
