Key Responsibilities
Ensure an effective organization within the CSP department (structure – staffing – development of employees – long-term vision for the organization)
Responsible for the parts and workshop turnover and market targets.
Development and support of an optimal service network in the country.
Ensure compliance with the applicable guidelines and policies for warranty claim settlement.
Guaranteeing the budgeted margins and costs.
Supporting the representatives during negotiations with customers and maintaining customer relationships.
Positioning of the service offering through targeted marketing and promotional activities in the market.
Implementation of all CSP-relevant monitoring activities as well as the applicable guidelines and policies in the CSP processes.
Monitoring all contacts with public authorities and compliance with the Group's obligations towards public officials.
Ensure compliance with the defined CSP network standards at Authorized Service Partners.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Educational and Professional Background :
University degree or equivalent in business or technical field
Proven leadership experience
Extensive experience in automotive (preferably buses or trucks) sector
Strategic and Communication Skills:
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills to drive initiatives and align stakeholders.
Language and Digital Affinity :
Fluency in Dutch, French and English is mandatory and German proficiency is advantageous
