Job Description

The Data and Analytics Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving data‑driven decision‑making across the organization, with a focus on customer insights, AI, ML, and advanced analytics. This role involves leading a team of analysts and developers to design, implement, and maintain innovative data solutions that empower business teams to achieve their goals. The manager will act as a key driver of digital transformation, leveraging cutting‑edge technologies to uncover actionable insights, optimize processes, and enhance customer experiences.

Your mission will be to lead the development and execution of data strategies that enable the organization to harness the power of data, AI, and ML to uncover customer insights and market opportunities. This role focuses on transforming data into actionable recommendations, fostering a culture of data‑driven decision‑making, and driving innovation to support Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in achieving their objectives.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Define team goals, milestones, and priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Act as a data ambassador, promoting the adoption of data‑driven concepts and digital transformation across the organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to leverage AI and ML for customer insights, predictive analytics, and process optimization.
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive customer acquisition, retention, and value maximization.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations and strategies.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business goals and drives innovation.
  • Identify and evaluate potential data sources, system improvements, and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop self‑service frameworks and tools to empower data consumers across the organization.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored data solutions.
  • Provide advanced triage support and issue resolution for stakeholders, ensuring seamless data and system flow.
  • Communicate complex data insights and strategies effectively to senior management and cross‑functional teams.
  • Lead the integration of AI and ML technologies into data processes to enhance predictive capabilities and operational efficiency.
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline manual processes and improve data accessibility.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and trends in AI, ML, and analytics to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications

Experience and Skills

  • Relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields, with leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise in AI, ML, and advanced analytics, with a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis and modeling.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, data architecture, and data governance principles.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams.

  • A passion for fostering a culture of data‑driven decision‑making and innovation.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
  • Sharp attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of data management.
  • Strong sense of prioritization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
