Join ons Business & Commercial Law team en help impact te maken op de markt en onze klanten (met een focus op Oost- en West-Vlaanderen).
Als Legal Consultant zul je:
• Hands-on en pragmatisch advies geven aan KMO's. Je werkt
zij aan zij met bedrijven om policies te implementeren, overeenkomsten te
sluiten en oplossingen te vinden voor geschillen met klanten, leveranciers en
partners.
• Allerhande commerciële contracten opstellen, reviewen en
onderhandelen (dienstverleningen, samenwerkingsovereenkomsten, partnerships,
algemene voorwaarden, NDA's etc.).
• Terms of use, licentieovereenkomsten, SLA's, allerhande
policies etc. draften, meewerken aan privacy procedures en merkregistraties en
meer om de groei en innovatie van onze klanten mogelijk te maken.
• Jouw expertise ontwikkelen en verfijnen in commercieel en
ondernemingsrecht, IP/IT-recht, GDPR en meer.
• Werken in een dynamische omgeving die bestaat uit multi-disciplinaire
teams van accountants, fiscalisten, strategische adviseurs, M&A-experts en
IT-consultants.
Let's talk about you
• Je hebt een Belgische master in rechten.
• Je beschikt reeds over enige juridische kennis met minstens een eerste relevante ervaring als advocaat, bedrijfsjurist of juridisch adviseur.
• Je wil onze klanten in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen bijstaan.
• Je leert snel en bent een change manager, bereid om je snel aan te passen en klaar om complexe juridische uitdagingen aan te gaan.
• Je bent hands-on en proactief, met een nuchtere aanpak die uitdagingen omzet in kansen.
• Je bent past creatieve oplossingen en vooruitstrevende strategieën toe om echte impact voor klanten te leveren.
• Je hebt uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
• Je daagt jezelf actief uit om op de hoogte te blijven van juridische ontwikkelingen.
