Job Description
* Elaborate, maintain, and enforce information system (IS) quality control procedures.
* Prepare and maintain quality plans and service level agreements.
* Perform IS quality control activities and evaluations.
* Conduct quality studies, quality assessments, and address other quality-related matters associated with information system projects.
* Define, design, manage, and coordinate quality testing activities.
* Provide expert advice and recommendations on quality improvements.
* Support the implementation and adoption of project management methodologies.
* Perform risk analysis related to quality and testing activities.
* Provide support during key phases of testing, functional analysis, evaluation, and reporting.
* Perform functional testing and/or liaise with test teams to ensure that business and functional requirements are correctly translated into the testing process.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
* Master’s degree in IT and at least 13 years of IT experience (or Bachelor's degree and at least 17 years of IT experience).
* Minimum 6 years of experience in manual & automated functional test cases.
* At least 4 years coordinating functional testing cycles, drafting functional test cases, test management plans, and functional testing results.
* Minimum 3 years conducting quality control assessments for web application testing.
* Experience with automated testing for both UI (e.g. Cypress) and system integrations (e.g. API or event-driven testing).
* Strong knowledge of IS quality assurance, quality control practices and quality procedures for testing web applications.
* Good knowledge of a manual testing framework tool (e.g. Zephyr).
* Experience with the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration).
* Proven experience with Test Management, Defect Tracking tools, and testing methodologies.
* Experience in the test data management with relational databases.
* Familiarity with information systems lifecycle and software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, SCRUM).
* Good knowledge of security and authorisation models (e.g.; RBAC).
* Ability to actively participate in functional testing, draft testing scenarios, test management plans, testing data and web applications.
* Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken).
