IQVIA - Country Medical Lead Opportunity

We are expanding our team and seeking a Country Medical Lead based in Belgium, ideally near Brussels, covering Belgium and the Nordics.
If you are currently a Medical Science Liaison, this role offers a unique growth opportunity to lead as a Country Medical Lead, driving medical strategy and engagement in a rapidly growing biopharmaceutical environment.
Responsibilities
* Engage with national, regional, and local customers through scientific discussions, presentations, and education.
* Provide medical information and responses to complex medical questions from clinicians.
* Offer internal scientific support and training, serving as an expert resource for colleagues.
* Coordinate scientific education activities and participate in events such as Advisory Boards and congresses.
* Support investigators and interact with scientific societies and patient groups.
* Collect and report relevant information to the company, such as competitor information and treatment patterns.
* Contribute to the design and delivery of the Country Medical Plan.
* Identify and develop KOLs, providing educational and scientific support as needed.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with the Commercial Department and Country Managers.
Qualifications
* At least 2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience as an MSL, preferably in Germany.
* Experience in therapy areas such as Haematology, Nephrology, Rare Diseases, Immunology, Oncology, Endocrinology, Orthopaedics, or Rheumatology; biosimilars experience is strongly preferred.
* Fluent in Dutch and French, with confidence in English.
* Full driving license and willingness to travel throughout Belgium (from Brussels to Lüttich).
