Profile:
* Hold a degree in civil, industrial, or commercial engineering or a master's in an economics-related field with a good technical understanding.
* Have at least five years of experience in business development, sales, and commercial developments.
* Possess analytical and organizational skills that enable you to manage complex projects, understand risks, and solve problems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prospecting and managing leads: Identify and assess project opportunities and collaborate with various teams to create technically suitable and innovative solutions.
* Preparing financial models and offers: Conduct analyses, prepare commercial offers, and lead negotiations for significant project contracts in collaboration with different departments (Legal, Operational).
* Delivering input to commercial software solutions developments on the tri-baggage solutions in order to improve functionality and earnings models.
* Defining (commercial) strategy in collaboration with the Department Manager where to prioritize and invest for the future.
* Building relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing persuasive proposals.
* Building partnerships: Create new relations with external partners in order to offer a complete solution to our clients.
