Job description
* Support clients in optimizing portfolio performance and developing real estate strategic plans & (dis)investment opportunities.
* Lead the review of valuation Real estate portfolio assesment
* Support in buy side and sell side transactions
* Anticipate macro-ecomonics factors (digitalisation, sustainability and financial aspects, etc. to determine the real estate portfolio of the future) & adress recommendations
Profile
* Degree in management, consulting, or real estate
* +4 years in a similar role and experience required in Consultancy
* Native level in Dutch, and good level in French and English with excellent communication skills.
* Solid knowledge of the real estate market (ideally belgian and international), including market trends, regulations, and investment opportunities.
* Analytical & commercial flair is sought after
* Good capacity to motivate and lead teams
