As a Marketing and Sales Assistant you will:
1. Support the franchise CVRM commercial department (both Marketing & Sales)
2. Handle all administrative tasks (enquiries, requests, appointments, calls, diaries, ...) in an optimal, timely & proactive way
3. Coordinate events, meetings, projects and guarantee operational success in line with compliance guidelines
4. Handle Cost & Spend management
5. Be a point of contact with suppliers and cross functional team
6. Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
7. Help organizing and maintain office common areas.

Essential skills and qualifications:
17. A degree and/or equivalent experience
18. Trilingual: French, Dutch and English
19. Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook, internet, SAP, etc.
Desirable for the role:
20. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
