Qualifications:

To be successful as a Key Lead, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

* At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred

* No supervisory or managerial experience required

* CEFR B2 fluency in English and Dutch, required

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

* Capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
