You’ll analyze, design, and help implement solutions that tightly integrate CcaaS platforms with case management systems, creating frictionless customer journeys and empowered service teams.
Your role
Together with our clients, you’ll:
🔍 Analyze customer service processes from both a business and technical perspective.
🔗 Design & support integrations between CcaaS platforms & case management systems.
🛠️ Get hands-on: test, configure, and explore new tools & features to find what works best.
🚧 Push back when needed: limit unnecessary customizations and advocate for scalable, maintainable solutions.
🚀 Work in short sprints with fast feedback loops to deliver value early and often.
🤝 Collaborate with developers, analysts, and clients to co-create pragmatic solutions.
What you bring to the table
✅ Affinity with CCaaS platforms or telephony systems such as Genesys, AWS Connect, Vonage, Nice, Talkdesk, or Luware.
🧠 A hybrid mindset: Analyze business needs and understand technical constraints.
👷 ♀️ Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, or implementing CCaaS solutions.
💬 Strong communication skills: you can explain complex ideas clearly and push back constructively.
💡 A passion for learning, experimenting, and improving.
🤖 Bonus points for experience with AI or chatbot implementations.
🌍 Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a welcome extra.
