We're looking for…
A First Line Manager - Brewing to lead and support a team of operators, keeping daily operations on track while helping people grow and perform at their best.
You'll need:
* Higher technical education or equivalent experience in an industrial or production environment
* Proven experience leading, coaching, and motivating an operational team
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with unions and stakeholders
* Solid organisational and analytical skills
* A strong focus on quality, safety, and environmental standards
* Dutch fluency, with basic French and English
* Willingness to work in a 3-shift system

* Comfortable running shift handovers, planning staffing, and spotting training needs early
* Calm and consistent when setting targets and following up on performance
