Keolis Belgium, a major global player in mobility, manages a fleet of over 2,500 vehicles in Belgium and employs more than 3,000 people. Responsibilities
* Strategic Development: Develop and implement an ambitious commercial strategy in line with Keolis's overall business objectives. Identify new market opportunities, analyze competition, and determine the right positioning. Translate the overall Keolis vision into concrete commercial action plans.
* Sales and New Business: Lead the commercial department and be hands-on in generating new business. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing high-level clients, negotiate contracts, and close successful deals.
* Leading and being responsible for large public tenders.
* Optimizing the successful delivery of small and larger tenders, and managing more transactional sales activities (such as Keolis Event-shuttle and tourism activities), taking into
