The Group Controller plays a role at the center of the group activities and will manage a wide range of responsibilities. This role is transverse with a global vision and the will to have an impact.
Group consolidation and financial reporting
* Coordinate group-wide budgets, forecasts, and long-term planning across all entities
* Contribute to financial reporting for executive management, Board, and Audit Committee
* Provide financial analysis to support management decision-making
Monitoring of holding costs
* Coordinate and monitor holding-level costs during budget and forecast cycles
* Consolidate and analyze intercompany cost data
* Ensure correct and consistent application of transfer pricing policies
Continuous improvement of financial processes and tools
* Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and tools
* Collaborate with controlling teams to implement best practices
* Support standardization and automation initiatives across finance
The Group Controller presents a certain set of hard and soft skills:
* Master's degree in finance, Business Management, Economics - or equivalent
* Around 4-5 years of experience in Finance (ideally in a controlling position)
* Excellent command of French & English - Dutch is a plus
* Experience with SAP
* An affinity with process management and IT tools
* Solution oriented and Proactive
* Critical mindset
* Excellent communication skills and partnering approach
