We are currently seeking a Medical Affairs Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team.
Location:

What you will be doing
* Contribute to the preparation of Medical Management Plans (MMPs), trackers, reports and other deliverables.
* Participate in data review activities relating to patient safety and diagnostic results.
* Liaise with investigational sites and sponsors on medical affairs issues, under supervision.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Safety, Regulatory Affairs and other operational teams.
* Attend internal and external project meetings and teleconferences as required.
* Support financial tracking, including unit metrics, out-of-scope activities and change orders.
* Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation and project tracking systems.
* Support process improvement initiatives and help streamline workflows across Medical Affairs.
Your Profile
* A background in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a related medical field.
* Prior experience in a clinical research, medical affairs or patient safety setting preferred.
* Understanding of clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables.
* A collaborative mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
