We are expanding rapidly across Europe and seeking a CRM Dynamics Technical Consultant to join a highly motivated team of 19 members.
Your key areas of responsibility as a CRM Dynamics Technical Consultant:
* Developing business solutionsusing C# and ASP.Net, HTML, JavaScript.
* Configuring and customizingthe CRM software to align with business processes, developing custom modules, workflows, and reports.
* Integration of the CRM system with other business applications and systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
* Stakeholder Communication:communicate with different stakeholders such as clients and project managers to ensure project goals are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Your technical expertise:
* CRM or Dynamics 365 implementation with knowledge of: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service (at least one of the modules).
* Prior experience with integrations such as Power Platform and Dynamics 365 app with a third-party solution
* Expertise with the Out of the Box applications like Customer Service, Sales, Customers Insight or Power Portal is valued.
* Knowledge of methodologies and best practices: Agile, FastTrack, Success by Design is recommended.
* A nice to have is experience with an Azure cloud solution: Data Factory, Data Lake and Web API
