.fit_to_content{width:%;height:auto}Your role

Are you ready to help shape the next generation of energy-efficient technologies? Join our Energy Conversion team, where we develop innovative standard products for steam applications based on our existing blower and compressor systems. As an R&D engineer, you will play a key role in transforming ideas into reliable, high-performing solutions that contribute to a more sustainable future.

In this role, you will work closely with the project leader, project engineers, and designers within a multidisciplinary engineering team. You will also collaborate with test engineers and mechanics in our prototype test lab, as well as with colleagues from purchasing, production, design review, and service. Together, you will ensure that our electrical systems are optimized for safety, performance, and long-term reliability.

You will design and develop electrical schematics for our compressor systems, selecting the most appropriate components and ensuring compliance with global standards and regulations (IEC, UL, CSA, ATEX, IEEE, …). You will define the functional specifications for electrical parts such as motors, drives, solenoid valves, sensors, and transformers, and follow up on the qualification and testing of these components.

A strong analytical mindset will help you evaluate compressor control behavior, troubleshoot production issues, and implement improvements where needed. You’ll actively support the service department to secure the quality and robustness of our products in the field. Sharing knowledge, applying best practices, and driving continuous improvement are natural parts of your way of working.

This position offers a highly dynamic and varied scope of work in a fast-evolving department. Our projects are focused on energy efficiency and sustainability, giving you the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally while contributing to a cleaner future.
