Recruitment:
* Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviews, and follow-up.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
* Draft engaging job descriptions and promote vacancies via the right channels.
* Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
HR Coordination:
* Support the onboarding of new employees: prepare welcome materials, schedule introductions, ensure administrative follow-up.
* Assist in HR reporting, employee data management, and contract administration.
* Support the organization of internal trainings, HR communications, and staff events.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee engagement initiatives.
* Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree
* Has 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR coordination, ideally in an international setting.
* Is fluent in French or Dutch in combination with English (both written and spoken).
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Works independently, takes initiative, and can manage multiple priorities.
* Is detail-oriented and organized, with a high sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
* Has solid computer literacy (MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS tools).
