Je combineert strategisch inzicht met hands-on leiderschap en vertaalt visie naar concrete resultaten op de winkelvloer.Omdat je verantwoordelijk bent voor meerdere locaties, ben je regelmatig aanwezig in onze verschillende vestigingen in België. Je werkt vanuit het kantoor binnen ons netwerk dat voor jou het meest praktisch is, zodat flexibiliteit en efficiëntie hand in hand gaan.
Wat ga je doen?Je geeft leiding aan 7 Teamleaders en zorgt voor richting, coaching en motivatieJe bewaakt de dagelijkse werking van onze winkels met focus op klantbeleving en efficiëntieJe bezoekt regelmatig onze verschillende locaties en zorgt voor een consistente uitvoering van onze retailstrategieJe stuurt een team aan van ±250 medewerkers en bouwt aan een sterke, positieve werkcultuurJe ontwikkelt en implementeert strategieën om verkoopdoelstellingen te behalen en te overtreffenJe beheert budgetten en volgt financiële prestaties nauwgezet opJe analyseert KPI's, data en markttrends en vertaalt deze naar slimme, strategische beslissingenJe plant en organiseert efficiënt, met oog voor prioriteiten en lange termijnJe anticipeert proactief op uitdagingen en speelt flexibel in op veranderingenJe pakt onverwachte obstakels doortastend aan en denkt steeds in oplossingenJe waakt over de naleving van procedures en lokale wetgevingJe investeert in talentontwikkeling via coaching en training
Wie ben jij?Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring in retailmanagement, idealiter binnen fashionJe hebt een sterke track record in budgetbeheer en financiële opvolgingJe bent een sterke planner en behoudt overzicht, ook in een complexe omgevingJe hebt uitstekende kennis van Excel en weet data om te zetten in actiegerichte inzichtenJe bent een proactieve denker die vooruitkijkt en snel schakeltJe krijgt energie van het oplossen van problemen en blijft kalm onder drukJe bent bereid om frequent tussen verschillende vestigingen te reizenJe bent een inspirerende leider die mensen weet te motiveren en te laten groeienJe communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een sterke plus)Je bent analytisch sterk, resultaatgericht en besluitvaardigJe hebt een duidelijke passie voor mode en volgt trends op de voet

What will you do?Lead 7 Team Leaders, providing direction, coaching, and motivationOversee the daily operations of our stores with a focus on customer experience and efficiencyRegularly visit our different locations to ensure consistent execution of our retail strategyManage a workforce of approximately 250 employees, fostering a strong and positive work cultureDevelop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targetsManage budgets and closely monitor financial performanceAnalyze KPIs, data, and market trends to drive smart, strategic decisionsPlan and organize effectively, with a clear focus on priorities and long-term goalsProactively anticipate challenges and adapt quickly to changeTackle unexpected obstacles decisively and always think in solutionsEnsure compliance with internal procedures and local regulationsDrive talent development through coaching and training
Who are you?You have at least 10 years of experience in retail management, ideally in fashionYou have a strong track record in budget management and financial oversightYou are a strong planner and maintain oversight in complex environmentsYou have excellent Excel skills and know how to translate data into actionable insightsYou are a proactive thinker who anticipates and acts quicklyYou thrive on solving problems and remain calm under pressureYou are willing to travel frequently between different locationsYou are an inspiring leader who motivates and develops peopleYou communicate fluently in Dutch and English (French is a strong plus)You are analytical, results-driven, and decisiveYou have a genuine passion for fashion and keep up with trends
