Contribute to Business Development:
Contribute to the growth of the Enterprise Transformation / Business Technology capability unit through thought leadership and client development activities.
Actively identify potential IT strategy and transformation opportunities within existing client engagements.
Collaborate with the Business Development team to craft winning proposals that showcase Capgemini Invent's capabilities.
Build strong relationships with client decision-makers to understand their challenges and propose targeted solutions.
Network and Knowledge Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including industry experts and technology partners.
Actively participate in industry events and conferences, staying at the forefront of IT trends and thought leadership.
Contribute to the development of internal knowledge bases and content creation initiatives, sharing expertise and best practices with the team.
Your Profile
Qualifications And Education Requirements
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
3- 5 years of experience in IT/Digital Strategy, IT/Digital Operating Model, IT Service Management and Cost optimization, Agile and DevOps Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Application rationalisation and Modernisation, Technology Implementation Roadmaps
Relevant certifications covering Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Agile (SPC, SA, SAFe Architect), Entreprise Architecture (TOGAF, ITIL, etc.) is a plus

You have a strong consulting mindset / experience
You are at ease with writing proposals and developing clients' pitches
You are experienced in at least one of the following industries: Financial Services, Telecom & Media, Transportation, Energy & Utilities
You are a proactive, team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
You are fluent in English and at least French or Dutch
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
You have top-notch communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
