About the Role:
As a Project Management Officer, you will:
• Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring adherence to organizational standards, methodologies, and best practices;
• Develop and maintain project standards, creating templates, processes, and tools to ensure consistent project execution;
• Assist in resource allocation by tracking availability and capacity, ensuring optimal use of personnel and tools;
• Monitor the status of multiple projects within the portfolio, consolidating progress reports and providing insights to senior management;
• Identify and escalate project risks and issues, ensuring that mitigation strategies are in place and properly executed;
• Track project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans, and provide detailed cost analysis and forecasts;
• Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders by facilitating regular updates, meetings, and feedback loops;
• Oversee project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with the defined scope and objectives;
• Collect lessons learned from completed projects and refine processes to enhance future project performance;
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Management, Business Engineering, or equivalent;
• 3-8 years of experience as PMO or Project Manager;
• Ability to communicate strategically with various stakeholders;
• Result-oriented, supported by analytical and critical thinking;
• Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks;
