About the Role
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to support the legal department of one of our clients.
The role involves providing high-level administrative, organisational and operational assistance to legal professionals in a structured and fast-paced environment. Precision, confidentiality and proactivity are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative and File Management
* Manage daily administration of legal files and client communication.
* Create, update, digitalise and archive documents according to internal procedures.
* Maintain accurate databases and support invoicing processes.
Support to Legal Professionals
* Coordinate agendas, schedule meetings and track deadlines.
* Organise travel arrangements, bookings and conference registrations.
* Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence, ensuring proper follow-up.
Document Production and Research
* Draft, revise and translate various documents (letters, submissions, reports, formal correspondence).
* Conduct research and prepare clear and concise summaries.
* Ensure professional formatting of documents (Word, PowerPoint, PDF).
Team Coordination
* Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Contribute to the efficient use of internal tools and team processes.
* Assist in the organisation of internal meetings and team activities.
Profile
* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within a legal, corporate or consulting environment.
* Higher education degree in administration or a related field.
* Native French speaker with excellent command of Dutch and English.
* Strong organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proactive, discreet, reliable and solution-oriented.
* Able to work with strict procedures, deadlines and confidential information.
