We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee major projects across the Benelux region. This leadership role requires an individual with expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management and team development. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project execution strategies tailored to meet international clients' expectations Analyze project performance and lead initiatives to improve local execution efficiency Cultivate the skills of local project managers through coaching, mentoring and training programs Monitor key performance indicators including cost, schedule, quality and safety Foster a culture of excellence, embracing our company's Zero Harm values Collaborate closely with commercial, technical and service teams to ensure seamless project handovers At least 10 years of experience in managing complex projects within the modular construction, building services engineering or logistics sectors is essential. Proven ability to deliver high-quality results in demanding environments and international clients is crucial. A strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams towards shared strategic objectives is necessary.
